We normally charge by the square foot. We use several types of epoxy, from the plainest to the newest, latest and greatest metallic epoxy. Time frames, square footage, and epoxy grade all are considered in our cost assessments. Vapor Emission Control Systems (for VCT industry)
- Per square foot, system installation includes 15-year warranty
- Installation covers preparation of concrete surface, crack chasing, treatment and control of expansion joints
- For complete VCT readiness, installation of vapor emission control and floating micro toppings is available
- Includes VCT and glue removal, and shot blasting
Solvent Based Concrete Sealers
Highly practical and effective for various types of Industrial and Commercial use:
- UV and mildew resistant, dustproof, resists damaging effects of harmful chemicals
- Anti-slip quality, easy to clean
- Binds well to any floor type

Water Based Sealers
- Includes acid etch surface – offers protection from water damage, stains, wear and tear
- Bonds well to concrete, provides clear surface finish
- Smooth, semi-gloss appearance on floor surface after application and curing
- Emits no strong odor and allows quick and easy clean-up after application
Thin Mill System 1
- Inclusive of 10mm base coat to create even bonding surface for later applications and shot blasting to remove dirt, grime, and old coatings
- Material used is high-wear urethane topcoat – resists dulling, chemicals and weathering, contributing to high durability (2x longer than standard moisture-cured urethanes)

Includes:
- Inclusive of 10mm base coat to create even bonding surface for later applications and shot blasting to remove dirt, grime, and old coatings
- Shot blasting to efficiently clean out unwanted particles

- 10mm sealing and strengthening slurry coat of epoxy
- High-wear urethane top coat application - for superior corrosion resistance.

- Shot blasting used for surface preparation process
- 3.8mm base primer applied according to flooring type and needs
- Includes 20mm slurry coat of epoxy – increases resin’s floor longevity
- Top coat of high wear urethane – protects floor surface from scratches and damage from high foot, heavy machinery and vehicular traffic
- Includes color but not special top coats such as ESD or acid resistant urethanes

1/4 inch Epoxy Mortar overlay Re-Surfacers
Includes:
- 8mm epoxy primer coat with 120 square foot epoxy sand blended mortar
- Power trowel surface
- Application of power grind surface of all chatter marks
- 10mm surface sealer seal coat
- High wear urethane top coat, including preparation work
- Color except special top coats such as ESD or Acid Resistant Urethanes

All Cement Urethane Mortar System prices are based on past project history. These prices are subject to change if the flooring system requires the following:
- Floor pitching for water drainage.
- Uneven concrete corrections or severe water ponding.
- Tearing out of existing flooring systems.
